We had a condo that we wanted to sell on assignment as our life plans had changed. Our inquiry led to us being contacted by Ashley Brown.
He was very professional and helpful to find us a buyer for our property.

We had a prime downtown location as well as a corner unit with a wrap around large balcony, and as such we requested the assignment difference be given in cash upon agreement of the assignment as opposed to waiting until the condo was ready for occupancy and the deal closed.

This was not an easy task as usually people who did assignments had to wait until the condo purchase closed to receive the difference in purchase price, yet we were very confident in Ashley's ability to find us a buyer and he was very diligent to keep us informed. He found us a buyer who could afford to pay us cash upon approval from the condo builders for the assignment.

We were thrilled! It was a win win on all counts.. the assignment buyers were given a great deal, and we were able to sell our condo before close with a tidy profit!
